The Strossmaier Restaurant has got its tradition longer than 10 years. Along this time we have been doing our best to meet the preferences and the desires of our guests.

We have been absorbing the knowledge and the proposals of many professionals of the culinary art. We have been learning and we learn it even today. The knowledge we have gained so far we have built into our recently opened inn 'At Rose' (Kod Ruže). Our inn has been placed in the ancient part of Osijek city called Tvrđa (The Citadel), and it is proud of the dishes of our oldsters that it offers to our guests.

The Gipsy musicians of the oldies make your consumption of the dishes and the drinks more wealthy and peculiar. Therefore we invite you to visit us and to share together with us your pleasure and the enjoyment in our culinary skills.

On one side of the medal there is a pleasant milieu, where the old Secession tradition of Osijek city gets pervaded and interwoven by the elements of the ethno-Slavonia. The pleasant milieu and the music will considerably contribute to the beauty of your impression concerning our city and to your enjoyment in the traditional and now days dishes. That is all due to our employees. On the other side of the medal there are the schooled cooks with their rich culinary knowledge, gained in the restaurants all over Croatia, and the waiters with their polite and charming approach to each of you.
